The Naples Studio Wins Telly Award
May 30, 2018The Naples Studio won a Telly Award for its work on behalf of NCH Healthcare, cementing the firm’s reputation as the leading video-production company in Southwest Florida.
The Telly Awards was founded in 1979 to honor excellence in local, regional and cable television commercials, non-broadcast video and television programming. The Telly Awards annually showcases the best work created within television and across video, for all screens. Receiving more than 12,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents, Telly Award winners represent work from some of the most respected advertising agencies, television stations, production companies and publishers from around the world.
Specifically, The Naples Studio won a Telly Award for its video for the NCH Hospital Ball that raised funds for the emergency room in November. You can view the five-minute NCH video here.
“They masterfully wove a compelling case for a renovated emergency department that our community sorely needs featuring the health care heroes that provide life-saving care for patients,” says Troy Munn, associate chief development officer for NCH Healthcare System. “They transformed our fundraising need into a compelling human-interest story that played a key role in our ability to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for the cause.”
This is the ninth Telly Award earned by The Naples Studio. Since 1991, the video-production company has earned more than 25 national awards for production, writing, and editing. The Naples Studio offers customized video, production and drone services to a wide range of industries throughout Southwest Florida.
“We’re especially proud of the fact that we were able to complete this project despite the fact that Hurricane Irma interrupted our work and our studio was burglarized during the storm’s chaotic aftermath,” says Drew Townsend, the president of The Naples Studio.
